There is a pre-filed House Bill 12 that the Sheriffs association supports in the upcoming session. If passed it will be a class A misdemeanor if you do not inform police officers that you are conceal carrying. I read about this in “The Mongomery Adviser”. the reporter is Alex Gladden. Might be something we need to investigate further.
