Hello,
I live in Ga just across the lime from houston county so im in dothan quite often.
My concern is the duty to inform attached to the constitutional carry bill passed in 2023. My understanding is there is no penalty if you dont inform but they are trying to change that.
I dont talk to police and plead the 5th. But my concern is if i dont inform i could still be arrested and charged for not informing.
